Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer in Public Speaking to equip students with essential communication and presentation skills. The role involves teaching fundamentals of speechwriting, delivery, audience engagement, and handling stage presence while preparing students to thrive in professional and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons on public speaking techniques including speech structure, storytelling, and persuasive communication.
  • Train learners in vocal delivery, body language, confidence-building, and stage management.
  • Facilitate practical speech delivery sessions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Guide students in managing public speaking anxiety through strategies and exercises.
  • Assess learners through practical and theoretical evaluations aligned with competency-based education.
  • Incorporate AI tools and digital technology for speech practice, evaluation, and performance improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven teaching, training, or professional experience in public speaking, speechwriting, or communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary public speaking trends, audience engagement strategies, and media applications.
  • Knowledge and application of AI tools in speechwriting, delivery analysis, and presentation design is a strong advantage.
