The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling content for Switch Media’s digital platforms, client campaigns, and marketing materials. Working closely with the Marketing /commercial executive and digital teams, the designer will produce graphics, animations, layouts, and branded visuals while also supporting content scheduling, publishing, and reporting tasks.
Creative Design & Content Production
Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, digital ads, website banners, posters, infographics, thumbnails, newsletters, and presentations.
Develop brand-aligned creative concepts for Switch Media content, TV shows, Switch Media School campaigns, and client products.
Support video teams with graphic assets such as lower thirds, motion graphics, opening slates, and outros.
Digital Publishing & Content Management
Work with the marketing executive to schedule and publish graphics and digital content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, email).
Organize content calendars and ensure timely rollout of campaign visuals.
Upload and manage media assets in the content management system (CMS) and social publishing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor and track performance of posts and campaigns through analytics tools.
Compile weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, and visual content impact.
Recommend improvements to design and layout based on performance metrics.
Client Campaign Support
Develop creative proposals and mock-ups for client presentations.
Create branded assets for sponsored campaigns, influencer content, product promotions, and native advertising formats.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all client deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design (experience in a media or agency setting is a plus).
