We are currently seeking Freelance Media Sales Agents to join our team on a commission-based compensation structure. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and closing sales. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and requirements.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
This position offers a purely commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential. The more sales you generate, the higher your income will be. There will be no retainer or any other compensation for this position. We provide extensive training on the products and services we offer, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement.
